Terms of Use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and a resident of an eligible location to use Shake. Access to certain features, including Prize Play, may be restricted based on your location and is subject to verification.

• You must register a single account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Eligibility may differ between Play Mode and Prize Play.

Shake Coins (“SC”) are a virtual, play-for-fun currency used for 1v1 challenges and group pools. SC are used for social competition, statistics, reputation, and leaderboards.

• SC have no monetary value and are never redeemable for cash or prizes.
• SC are not transferable between users outside of in-app challenges and pools.
• When you enter a challenge or pool, Shake Holds the corresponding SC in escrow until results settle, at which point Auto-Payout distributes the pot.

Shake Cash is a promotional, sweepstakes-style currency used exclusively in company-created Prize Play prediction games. Shake Cash cannot be purchased directly and may be claimed for free through available promotions.

Prize redemption, where offered, is subject to eligibility, identity and location verification, and the official Sweepstakes Rules.

You agree to use Shake fairly and not to manipulate outcomes, exploit bugs, use automated systems, or engage in collusion. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Results are settled using official outcome sources. When an event settles, Shake releases escrowed SC to the winner via Auto-Payout. Pushed or voided events return held stakes to participants.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Shake after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
