Sweepstakes Rules

Prize Play is offered as a promotional sweepstakes. You can participate, accumulate Shake Cash, and become Prize-Eligible without ever spending money. Shake Cash cannot be purchased directly and is distributed only through the free methods described below.

• Purchases do not increase the amount of Shake Cash you receive or your odds of winning.
• Shake Cash is not redeemable for cash except through an approved Prize Redemption subject to these Rules.
• Shake Cash is not transferable and has no value outside of Prize Play.

Shake Cash may be obtained for free through the following methods. Daily and promotional grants may vary and are subject to availability and these Rules.

• Free daily Claim: log in and use the daily Claim to receive a free allotment of Shake Cash.
• Promotions: receive Shake Cash through eligible in-app promotions, seasonal events, and bonuses.
• Alternative free method of entry: where required, request a free Shake Cash entry by mailing a hand-written request with your name, handle, and return address to the address published in the official rules. Limit one request per outer envelope; standard postage applies.

Prize Play is open only to eligible participants who meet the age and residency requirements of their jurisdiction and reside in an eligible location. Participation in Prize-Eligible Pools and any Prize Redemption is subject to identity and location verification.

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and an eligible resident.
• One account per person; duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified.
• We may require identity and location verification before crediting Shake Cash or processing a Prize Redemption.

Prize Play games are company-created prediction contests. When you Join Pool or Take It in a Prize-Eligible Pool, Shake Holds your Shake Cash in escrow until the underlying event settles, at which point Auto-Payout distributes the prize pool.

• Only company-created Prize Play games are Prize-Eligible; Play Mode pools using Shake Coins are play-for-fun and are not Prize-Eligible.
• Results are settled from official outcome sources; pushed or voided events return held Shake Cash to participants.
• Coins in Play reflect Shake Cash held in escrow for pools that have not yet settled.

Eligible participants may Request Prize Redemption for accumulated Shake Cash. A Prize Redemption is subject to eligibility, identity and location verification, the participant residing in an eligible location, and the applicable official rules.

• Prize Redemption requests are reviewed and may require completion of verification before any prize is issued.
• Minimum thresholds, prize types, and processing times may apply and are described at the time of redemption.
• Shake Cash held in unsettled pools (Coins in Play) is not available for redemption until those pools settle.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and entries in each Prize Play game. We may set reasonable limits on Shake Cash grants, entries, and redemptions, and may substitute a prize of comparable value where necessary.

• Daily Claim, promotional, and alternative-entry grants may be capped per participant and per period.
• We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
• All decisions regarding eligibility, settlement, and redemption are final, subject to the official rules.

Prize Play and these Sweepstakes Rules are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Where a feature is unavailable in your location, Shake Cash remains a promotional currency with no cash value and no Prize Redemption will be offered.
